Randomize map rotation / Auto-balance ?

Is it possible to randomize the maps or the gamemodes (or both) in the maprotation?
Couldn't find anything to do it :cAlso, is it possible to enable auto-balance?
Is there a script to do it? Please let me know

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
