i think i messed up

so in the middle of me doing everything i closed the torrent window and now i have no way of completing what i wanted to do in the first place, can anyone help?

PeriodicTable by default it should minimize itself to the taskbar icons (on the bottom right). If not just re-open the torrent client, fortunately torrent downloads can be stopped at any time without losing the files you already downloaded.
