Need help! I created a server on my pc to play with friends and we connected by hamachi via ip and we never had any problems. Now I wanted to go a step further and opened my router ports. Now that the console does the famous "Received SV OOB getinfo" when I connect to test it, I see that the server lags every so often. How do I remove it? Could the ports be open badly? I have 8gb of ram and 4 cores processor. When I test the server and having the game open, in the Task Manager I reach 60% ram and 50% cpu. Any ideas??

sv_offline set to 1 will get rid of those messages and won't announce your server to the master.
This way you can test if its the additional load by it being public.

Sounds a bit like your router is too weak to handle all the connections from the queries.
