can't change the config files

ok so. i know where the config location is, and beacuse i have a super potato pc i use config files to make my experience a lot better. However in Bo2 whenever i do it i load the game and then im lagging even more. I don't think i have such bad specs but i don't know maybe staff could help me.

psomakos pc specs? what did you modify?

%appdata%\local\t6\profiles and then i changed the config but it wont work (i dont remember if the location was local but ok) -

but i was refering to what you changed inside the config.that's a mini pc right not a laptop?
