How to give weapons, perks and points to myself?

I just spent 4 hours collecting and upgrading everything on the origins zombie map on my own server but I had to go AFK for a second and I died and lost everything. So I was wondering if it's possible to give myself all the perks and upgraded weapons I had.

Zayo21 you can always use a mod menu.
