how do i fix Error (0xc000007b) Click OK to Close the Application when opening plutonium?

when i open Plutonium.exe it always has this error,ive been trying to fix it for about 3 days now.
this is my game folder and i added the binkw32.dll since it says its required -

you downloaded it from some random site, it's not the version required by t6. Also that file comes with the game files so if it's missing your game files are incomplete. https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/

Dss0 i have just tried repairing game files and before i removed the dll i added and got it back from repairing it but i still cant open plutonium.exe and i tried with plutonium-launcher-win32. im trying to play T5 right now but when i tried bo2 i had no problems except for missing dll files but i used directx setup to fix it.
