BO2PlayerPC no, the mod will be unloaded automatically if you join a server.

Scripts and mods are server side, you cannot load anything other than your own camos and textures when joining a server, so you cannot get banned for joining a server.
The only thing that can get you banned is using a software to mess with the game, inject stuff and so on
