after I download the launcher and open it it automatically download files. But where is the installation path for it? I can't find it. Does anybody knows where the files for the plotonium launcher are saved?

Also how do I uninstall the launcher alter? If I only delete the exe I have still the files on my Pc

Found it.
It is under AppData\Local\Plutonium
