How to mod in general

I dont know how to download mods for bo2 can anyone tell me? Someone said something like go to appdata but i dont have that all i have is this can anyone help me please.

@noteleport to add custom textures make a images folder
And to do scripts
make a scripts folder
if it’s a zm script make a zm folder in the scripts folder
Same way for mp
plutonium\storage\t6\scripts\zm or mp
plutonium\storage\t6\images
