Today I bought a new computer to my youngest son and I kept his old one.
This night I create my plutonium account, I entered plutonium launcher with my credentials and I found immediately banned for a period longer than 300000 days (pratically forever)
I do not know what My son did in plutonium and I don't want to ask him, but, please help me to use plutonium launcher to plai iw5. -
What they did was attempted to cheat
You creating this alt account resulted in that permanent ban
it can not be removed

If the PC you're using was used to cheat or if the network you're connected to was used to cheat everyone is banned and there is no unban.
If your son cheated then he banned the whole house and there will be no unban.
