When I click on setup, nothing happens (tried everything)

I used to play and everything was ok before the update that added BO1. But then, all my files directory wasn't linked anymore. So, I deleted the launcher and re-downloaded it. When it was done and tried to click on setup, nothing happened. My folder app didn't open or anything. Literally, nothing happens when I click on setup. I tried every solution in the forum (really, everything) to try to fix this but nothing worked.
