FALLO EN EL BO2

Siempre que le doy a jugar me sale ese mensaje y he reinstalado el juego y lo he vuelto a instalar 3 o 4 veces, si alguien me pudiera ayudar se lo agradecería

sergioklk arriba el staff le dio la solución, su problema es debido a la falta del componente Directx, descarge el .bat y ejecutelo cuando termine reinicie su pc y estará listo.
