How to changue my NAT from strict to moderate?

Hello, I opened the game and saw that my NAT is strict, I tried to DMZ, UPnP and open the UPD port 3074, but nothing seems to work becouse it is still on strict.
Any other solution? Thanks. -
eltrollex port forward 3074 udp in ur routers settings
