Cant join the same 2x with same IP

My brother and I are trying to play on my server. We can both separately connect with no issue. But the moment we are both in the same server at the same time one of us gets disconnected. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've tried that I just keep getting EXE_DISCONNECT. I've tried multiple vpn servers and locations.

Yes, But I dont have any vpn detections. But I stopped it and it let me in. Thanks!
