kalebrankin From what I hear, they would like to, it's just going to take awhile and we won't see it anytime soon.

kalebrankin They said it's possible in the future, but not likely anytime soon. Currently they are working on updates for their newest release T5 = Black Ops 1. If you want them to consider working on mw3 survival. Then you can start a Bounty, but they are a busy independent development team and they do this in their free time. Since Plutonium is a passion project and they release everything to us for free.

It's in the plans but it's not a priority at all.
If it comes it's not until quite a long time, probably several years
