Server appearing and disappearing from list

Basically server is working completely fine, people can join with no issues and all mods seemingly work perfectly.
However, sometimes the server appears on the Server Browser, then after a restart it's gone. You can still connect to it with connect <ip> but it's just not in the server browser.
One thing that may be interfering with it may be the fact I have 2 IP addresses, that can cause some issues like this. But is there any way to resolve this?

Atmoist where is the server hosted? vps or at home? if it's at home it could be because you set up port triggering instead of forwarding.
It's also entirely possible this is just a clientside issue tho where you're not seeing all servers. -
Dss0 It's hosted at home, and I'm fairly certain when I don't see it, other players I'm trying to play with can't see it. Also I do not use port triggering, the port is forwarded correctly and is permanently open and accessible.
Maybe it's just a clientside issue but it definitely does happen to my friends trying to join so they just join with IP instead.
