How to change game modes in custom server

i am continuously trying to change to these game modes but i guess these commands are incorrect...Can anyone help me?

make sure you have a dsr file related to it, and dont use console commands you want something like this.
and have a dsr file for it 
game type really does not matter if its following dsr files
