weird crash for bo2 zombies

while im doing easter eggs with my friends my game suddenly freezes and then it takes me back to my desktop i try to go back to the game but its completely blank dark and that plutonuim r3682 thing stops generating stuff for the game to work why is this happping to me i just wanna play a good game of zombies and this happens

maxzaster He meant the core version. The core version you are suppose to be on is r3266. What you said isn't even posted in the documents.
