Bad ping on mw3

i have a really bad ping while playin mw3 i get shot even before i fire.I Know its the problem of distance from the server but the lowest ping in the server list is 154. Is there any way i can reduce the ping . I just love mw 3 and i wanted to play it. also i have tried the cl_maxpackets one

If you have bad internet or connect from a country that's far from you it's normal.
Even with insanely good internet if you connect from Europe to the US then obviously the delay (ping) is long, around 100ms

Either play on servers from your region or host your own

karthikudupa ah then I doubt there are any servers there or if there are it's just a few sadly.
That's the downside with servers hosted by players. Players have "all" the power and if no indians (or country in this region) host a server then there are no servers

Resxt yeah nvm ill try to host one myself looking at the other post. if people will join then great ! or else ill play with that bad ping and help the enemy team win lol ;__;
