Private match not connecting between friends...

Hello all,
When one of our friends in England makes a private server, we all can connect easily with him. But when we make a server in our country (Pak), we can't connect with each other. It just doesn't connect at all. We have tried enabling UPnP on the router and disabled the firewall completely, but without any success. The network type has been set to private as well.
How to fix this problem?

@SherKaan79 have you tried manually forwarding port 27016 udp?
