Bo2 lag issue

My laptop meets the specifications for bo2 but I can't even run the game on medium settings without lag. So how do I fix this?
My specs:
CPU: i7 -4610m
GPU: Intel hd graphics 4600 (dedicated 576 mb)
RAM: ddr3 16 gb
2 SSD's -

I ran a benchmark and it says my laptop can run it

Bo2coolplayer just because ur laptop can run it doesn’t mean you’ll get 50+ fps

GPU: Intel hd graphics 4600 (dedicated 576 mb)There is no way in hell you're gonna be able to run BO2 with any of those specs, the RAM and CPU are alright but you're gonna need an actual GPU in there to run the game well. You'll have to either play WAW (which I used to be able to run somewhat well on a laptop similar to your specs.) or get a better laptop/PC.

I can run the game cause I ran it at 800x600. Also, I ran a benchmark for this game and it says I can run it :/. I'm trying to run the game with okay graphics.

I played the game with those settings for months and I got 60 fps straight
