2 problems with online gaming

First of all, the list of servers is empty, I was looking for a while and trying solutions but nothing worked, until I tried to connect directly to a server through the console. This is where the second problem is, with this method at least I could connect, and the map loading screen would jump, but just when the game starts, the game crashes and gives me this warning: Oops! Plutonium t6 ran into a problem and must be closed. Problem details have been written to t6r / crashdumps / mp / 25_07_2020_06_51_46.dmp in your game directory. This is why I cannot play online in any way. I hope that these errors are corrected soon, since I see that I am not the only one who has them.
PS: The errors occur in multiplayer and zombies, it is not because of the firewall, internet connection, antivirus, etc. -
