This happened two days i booted up the launcher played some MW3 and then closed it then i decided to restart my pc i few minutes later then it caused my PC to say preparing windows after entering my password to boot the pc this caused it to boot up a different screen then normal background different, font different, icon logos different and to fix it i had to follow this proccess https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/every-time-i-reboot-i-get-a-preparing-windows/f3b376fe-1191-4a27-bb92-8e1e448c08c4?page=1 instead of pressing this link you can type in google preparing windows i did not torrent the Modern warfare 3 and purposely bought it through steam so please tell me why this happened as people in there thread said they lost files. So i dont know what happened . Honestly making me not want to re download this as it is not worth going through and system restoring my pc.

@Husky1 Never seen a weirder bug than this one. Most likely an OS problem.
"Preparing Windows" on every boot up? Try a clean install of OS (using Media Creation Tool and at least 8GB Flash Drive https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10).
Let us know if the issue persists even after system reset, because I've been using Pluto for nearly 6 months, and never had this issue.

@Husky1 what ivanovich_ said. I don't see how plutonium could be causing something like that, we don't modify any system files or settings that could somehow break your windows installation. Most likely caused by something else.
