CRASHDUMPS BO2 HELP ME

Someone help me with this crashdump, it still persists after having done every step of the staff in his discord, even so the crashdump error remains, I formatted my pc completely and still remains the error, I played black ops 1 and was not closed with crashdumps however bo2 closes with this error....

Maybe Windows 7 is the reason?
Upgrade to Windows 10, install all neseccary drivers and install Plutonium.
