Banned for leaving pc running Bo2?

left my pc running on plutonium for a couple hours come back to being signed out, i try to sign in and for some reason it says im banned for 6 days and 20 hours idk what reason is there a way i can fix this or just wait it out?

The reason for your ban is not clear but I advise you not to try to avoid it, they will add more time to the sanction
