Launcher crashes on startup

I left my plutonium stuff alone for about a month after not wanting to play COD and I attempted to play again a while ago and the launcher simply doesn't work.
The plutonium updater will launch, and then freeze for a second, then it'll open the normal launcher
The launcher however will be completely white and will only be open for about 5 seconds until it crashes IMMEDIATELY.I have tried everything I possibly could, following guides in the pinned common launcher and solutions things, I've tried deleting anything and everything plutonium related off of my PC and completely reinstalling it all but I for some reason STILL have these issues. I have no idea what to do anymore

First what is your antivirus?
Even if it's disabled mention it
Also mention any other extra security tool you may have like Malware Bytes
