As said above this is not something that's here for you and in most cases it's not even an error.
If you have a real issue then explain it because this is not an issue this is normal

Technically I guess it does launch but as you see in the sc, it's not working. I try to click on the game and nothing comes up on scree; it shows white screen on that tab in the preview.

              It's simply a fullscreen issue.

Try to put this in the console and wait for a minute.
              r_fullscreen 0;r_noborder 1;vid_ypos 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_restart
If after a minute the window is still not accessible then try to restart your game. If you still cannot access it then close the game and do this

Make sure your game is closed before doing that.
              Go to %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\players
Open the config file with the notepad to edit it.
plutonium.cfg is for singleplayer/zombies and plutonium_mp.cfg is for multiplayer
Change these 4 dvars to be like below (you can use ctrl+f to search for them)

              seta r_fullscreen "0"
              seta r_noborder "1"
              seta vid_xpos "0"
              seta vid_ypos "0"
