My MP is completely out of wack

So earlier today I was playing mp for the first time on plutonium and was ranking up as usual unlocking create a class and attachments etc. And then hours later I decided to hop on again and joined a server and noticed my rank was completely reset. I played out the rest of the game to see uf it was a server thing but it wasn't. So I restarted plutonium to see if it would reset again but this time it didn't. But then another problem rose up and I could only play my favorited servers which were only 2. Because nothing else poped up on the normal server list. And yet again I restart plutonium to see if it fixed the issue and now no servers are popping up for me. Like wth?
