Connecting to Online services "Error"

It's been a while since this error occurs to me, it's that when I connect online the loading screen "Connecting to online services" stays, but after that nothing else happens....
Llevo un tiempo ya que me ocurre este error, es que al momento de conectarme online se queda la pantalla de carga "Conectando a servicios online", pero luego de ahi no pasa mas nada....

This is a network issue on your side so
- Fix/uninstall your antivirus/firewall
- Change DNS to Google/Cloudflare
- Disable your VPN/proxy completely
- Restart your router
Each step is important so do it carefully
If nothing works then idk but it's a network issue you have so play on mobile hotspot or something -
