Question for devs/staffs

(BO3) I dont get it why some staffs say we cant to a bo3 version cause the game is still supported by activision and others the game has nothing to mod. most of the people like me just want a bo3 version cause they maybe dont have the game on pc bcs they switched from ps4 or xbox so they can play all the maps again maybe with there friends without spending money on it but i still dont get it is there a bo3 version going to be if activision stops supporting it cause i think many people would be so happy about one so they can play again with there friends and with others sadly it is not possible on pc because nobody is playing it .
sry for me english im just a 18 yrs old from germany.

hindercanrun isnt a free game ?thats why u can download all the games for free and the people wouldnt care if they dont add anything new they still would be happy about base game

ImByNoclips this is your very limited vision of things but it's not true. Lot of people are happy about the things Plutonium brings. Free games is just a bonus it's not a goal at all and could be removed if needed, it:s just here as a bonus because we can.
Seeing a project that fixes/adds so much as a free alternative is really having low expectations and no goal, but a lot of people expect modding etc
