Disconnecting from servers after loading screen

Please help guys. After I select a server and start the match. It loads for awhile then it comes to the "match begins in 15s" screen and then I just disconnect from the server. I don't know what is the issue

dokta21 you select a server and start the match? not sure what you mean by that, normally you just double click the server you want to join (or select it and hit connect on the bottom).

Dss0 yep when I select the server and connect and the load screen comes up..the match loads and it goes to the "match begins in 15s" screen and then it just goes back to the multi-player menu and a in-game notification comes up saying I was disconnected from the black opps 2 servers. What should I do

• Exclude %localappdata%\Plutonium\bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe from your firewall
• Add an exclusion or uninstall your antivirus https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/
• Turn off any VPN/proxy you may have
• Change DNS to Google or Cloudflare DNS

Resxt I did all of this like u said. But I still have the same problem is there anything else you would recommend. It's okay if there's nothing else to help. I appreciate the help that you have given so far

dokta21 if your game is on an hdd then either move the game to an ssd (best solution) or defrag your hdd

Also ofc don't connect to servers far from you. If you're in the US don't connect to EU servers.

If you can play on wired/cable instead of Wi-Fi.
If you can't maybe try going closer to your router

Try restarting your router
Try multiple servers and see
