I'm trying to open a server on a vps maia with windows 2019 hosted on hetzner.com. I have disabled the firewall but the console does not receive anything, it keeps saying Sending heartbeat ... but no response. However, I can connect to the server via command, but the server is not in the list. Does anyone know how to solve it?

thekap "Sending heartbeat" is completely fine, it's not supposed to say anything else.
So you can connect to it via your vps's wan ip? Then the server works as it should. The fact that you can't see it on your serverlist could be related to another issue which is that some ppl do not see all available servers on their serverlist.
Check if your server is registered here https://kerberos.plutonium.pw/servers (ctrl + f and search for your hostname or ip). If it is everything works as it should and other ppl are going to see it in their serverlist.

thekap Well that's not really possible is it? Opening this page on your vps should show the same ip https://www.whatsmyip.org/.

thekap But it works fine doesn't it? It's registered at https://kerberos.plutonium.pw/servers. As i said, the issue that you're not seeing it on your client is not related to your server being setup incorrectly, it's related to a bug that many ppl (including me) have that causes them to not see all available servers. Other people who don't have that bug will see it tho, just connect to it via the console.
