I cant play custom maps

Well, i have been trying to play some custom maps, i can load the mods and i can access the map too, but i cant access to the online servers. When i try it, it just loads and loads, and after a while, im find myself in the main menu, with the online profile deactivated, and i cant make a new one. Does anyone have a solution??
