The game just don't start at all

when i start the client it gave me and error
and i scanned it and it did not work it gave me the same error so i hope you can help me fixing it and thanks
i even disabled every overlay and i don't know what is the solution any more

if your using rtx voice you can try disabling that to as it causes issues as well
