I wanted to report because I was banned for 7 days yesterday, although I didn't do anything that would be a reason for a ban. I was only in the menu for a long time yesterday and suddenly I was thrown out with the ban. I ask for help how this could happen.

They don't give out unbans. They rarely tell what you were banned for. Nor give out manual bans unless there is sufficient proof. You most likely activated the anti-cheat system.
