Justified Ban?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to reach a administrator for this issue, yesterday I was playing zombies with a GSC ModMenu in private match with friends, we were not messing with any random people, just us .Today I've tried to launch my game and it looks like I've been banned for a week, thinking this was an error I've just created another account to play and my ban turned up to 2 weeks. I think my ban is not justified because all this was made on private matches. Anyway any help is well received, thank you.

Using any software to mess with the game in unintended ways while not in LAN mode can get you banned and we don't do unbans

You don't need to use injectors and all to have mod menus anyways, you can simply load GSC scripts the official and expected way

Yes. The doc hasn't been updated yet so it redirects to a wrong URL
But anyways simply searching "mod menu" on the forum gives a dozen of mod menus to load with the official way
