Account baned for cheating, but I have cheat enabled on my server. Why?

https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/#how-to-disable-the-plutonium-anti-cheatWhat cheats were you using? If it includes third party cheating like injectors then you can still get banned. Cheats enabled doesn't disable anticheat.

Thank you very much for answering me, unfortunately I have not been well informed, since when I started online in the "custom game" there was an option to activate "cheats" and unfortunately it was not the objective to play in public with cheats, my objective was to private with a number of regulated persons.
Would you be so kind to review my case of using chat legally but due to my ignorance of your policies, the system has blocked me for more than 35 thousand days?

tolikes I'm not a admin/staff. I'm just a donator, nothing else. If you have been banned for that long then that means you had activated the anti-cheat twice. Unfortunately they don't do unbans for a good reason. You didn't put your 1st ban into consideration. Creating alts will also further your ban.
