how are people getting custom wall-buys onto kino and five

i see a bunch of servers with customs wall-buys such as the ray gun, galil, commando, winters howl, and the m1911 where do i find this?

@corbloxo originally it was Soliderror idea about adding the AUG wallbuy in kino from the Wii version of black ops. Then I improved it where you can add other guns too like raygun, thundergun in kino pap room...etc.
It's a mod I'll eventually release sooner or later.
