failed to check for updates/ not up-to-date

I tried everything from https://plutonium.pw/docs/update/#fixing-failed-to-check-for-updates
(DNS,VPN, turning off antivirus and adding exception) and still have this issue when i try to open plutonium.exe
(TEXT AFTER FAILED TO CHECH FOR UPDATES MEAN
an error occurred while sending the request)
