CAN'T JOIN MY FRIENDS CUSTOM GAME

So, i want to join my friend's custom game, but whenever i try to join the game crashes and gives this error file[0_1597345009042_13_08_2020_09_52_09.dmp](Uploading 100%)
I opened it with VS and this what i found saying "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."

I use "connect (IP):4976" to join my friends multiplayer CUSTOM GAME.
But as I said, still unable to join.

you have to wait until they are in the game first then press join as soon as they join

make sure you are also port forward for your friend to join
