It appears you have selected an invalid game folder, the folder you selected in the launcher does not contain the game files required to play the game.

Tenorio's set it into Plutonium launcher, by pressing option "Game settings", press Select Directory, and choose the folder where you saved the game. In your case it's:
Gustavo - Pessoal\Documentos\jogo\pluto_t6_full_game
