Plutonium Launch Error

I am having a problem with plutonium Launching. I installed BO2 Through Qbittorrent and when i went to launch it through plutonium it gives me this error
How do i fix this

No, Direct X is installed on all Windows machines, it's just here to run video games, it only runs when you run a video game, it doesn't change anything to your PC
