Error Code (fonts/720/consoleFont)

Hello, I can not start Bo2 from today to tomorrow, have not changed anything.
What I have tried everything to fix this problem:
- Reinstallation of Plutonium (previously also completely deleted).
- Reinstallation of Bo2 (done several times)
- set force_english "1" in the bo2 config (by the way, new config is not created by itself)
- reinstalled graphic driver
- DirectX version checked
- moved Bo2 to another harddisk
- have the latest Windows 11 update
- AntiVirus deactivated
- searched all other forums

It looks like you're not looking at the main issue hereWhere did you download BO2 files from?
What is the game language set to?
Did you modify your files in ANY way or add files like a language patch, graphics mod or whatever? -

Small note a day before was a hacker on a server he was able to make my client and other players lag without going on the ping. maybe he broke something, no idea. I have reinstalled everything.

Sashyy what is your antivirus? Mention it even if if it's disabled and also mention any security tool you may have like MalwareBytes
Also send these screenshots:
- Click on Game Settings in the launcher
- The content of the folder you selected
- The properties of the folder you selected (right click properties)
