NSM Server Manager dont work

I tried to install NSM for my Server, but everytime i start the Windows Batch it shows me this:

on the Fedd git it says, i should

cd node-server-manager
npm install
StartNSM.bat

but i cant figure out, where to clone it or what i should do to get it work. I already installed IW4M and it works just fine, does anybody know how to setup NSM and get Mods, scripts and stuff work?
