Can't start the game (BO2)

When i click the "play" button, the launcher closes itself and nothing happens, i've followed all the steps on the forum but nothing is working, it says that files are missing: XINPUT1_3.dll and D3DCOMPILER_43.dll
Also, the .bat in the forum can't be ran
