How do i customize my Main Background???

So im trying to customize my Black Ops 2 experience by changing the background of my main menu but when i try to follow every tutorial i cant just get the game to save it... I deleted the numbers in the file and when i load my game it still wont show :C

Either the file you use is wrong or you do it wrong
I downloaded a random file from the forum, placed it in
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\imagesas the documentation says and it works just fine
