Black screen error

When opening the game the screen turns black and does not allow me to do anything, I tried to execute commands on the console but these did not have any effect; I also tried somehow to download bo2 from another source but it didn't work for me either. I need help please.

me and my friend are trying to connect to T6 zombies together online but we get a blackscreen and it doesnt do anything
