Known issue: Minor visual issue at the south of the map, I am unable to fix it.

Download the map from here.
Unzip your download into %localAppdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\usermaps

out of memory error  you are probably low on hard disk     

space

123456m works just fine on my side.
You either loaded a mod or you have scripts or you use Bot Warfare and then I might know what the issue is
