Is it possible to change bot name on T6? If so how? Also can admin disable bots without restarting server?

Xerxes i modified bots.json but they always have the 3arc default names and if i do set bots_manage_fill 0 while in game nothing happens.
Plus despite having set bots_skill to 7, they are still brain dead. -
I believe the max skill for T6 is 3 (see here)
Since BO2 already has bots Bot Warfare uses some existing stuff such as the existing difficulties.
To my knowledge only games that didn't have bots in the first place such as MW3 have a high level of customization for skills with like 8 different options while games like BO2 that already have bots use the game's difficulty which is 0 1 2 3As for the bot names did you install the required plugin?

Zane yes Bot Warfare works with dvars so you can easily change them through the server's console manually or with GSC if you want to change some values for specific context.
For example I wrote a script on MW3 that changes the fill dvar to the amount you want whenever there's 1 or more players and only when the value is 0. Then whenever the last player leaves it will set it to 0 again so that there are only bots on the server when there is at least 1 human player, saving some resources and making players join 0-0 games instead of joining mid game

Zane you're mixing console commands and chat commands related to IW4MAdmin
The chat and the console are different. I can't help with IW4MAdmin, it's a third party tool.
You can simply run commands to change dvars in the server's console -
