Frizzy screen bug in Origins and mob.

Good morning, beautiful community. I have a problem, many times it has happened to me in Origins because of the jugger part where the screen freezes but the zombies, shots and stuff continue to be heard. It only happens to me in that place on the map.
Something else exactly the same thing happens to me in MOB when I go on the plane to the pack a puck, it doesn't always happen to me but it has happened to me several times, does anyone know how I can fix it? Thank you very much and have a good day.
